Within the framework of the XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the stand of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia began its work.
Given the influence of external threats associated with sanctions aggression from Western countries, the mechanisms for protecting the rights of the business community require constant improvement.
By order of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov, prosecutors are focused on the need to ensure equal protection for both Russian entrepreneurs and foreign companies that continue their activities in the country and the conscientious fulfillment of their obligations.
Building an effective dialogue with economic entities through the whole variety of available forms of communication with the business community, the prosecution authorities in their activities fully implement the principles of publicity and transparency.
To do this, all possible forms of "feedback" are used, including regular personal receptions of representatives of the business community by the Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov and the heads of prosecutor's offices in all regions of the country, as well as the "Direct Line for Entrepreneurs" on the Unified Portal of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
Thanks to many years of experience in the participation of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia in the St. Petersburg and Eastern International Economic Forums, the mechanisms for open and comprehensive interaction with business entities on the sidelines of SPIEF-2023 are being improved.
The XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum provides an additional opportunity to exchange views with entrepreneurs on the state of the law in this area, hear about problems that impede business, and quickly organize the consideration of specific applications. This type of cooperation undoubtedly contributes to a productive dialogue with entrepreneurs.
As part of the stand’s functioning, representatives of the business community will be able to get answers to their questions related to law enforcement practice, leave official applications, and interactively get acquainted with the functional of the official mobile application of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
