Today on 01 October 2015 at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation the competent authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany are extraditing to Russia a citizen of the Russian Federation Rashid Evloev.
The investigation authorities accuse Mr. Evloev of committing a crime under Article 205.3 (training for the implementation of terrorist activities) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
A criminal case against Mr. Evloev is examined by the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
The investigation established that from September 2013 to December 2013 Mr. Evloev was trained on the base of one of the radical extremist organizations located in Syria. He was prepared for subsequent involvement in terrorist and subversive activities on the territory of Russia.
Since Mr. Evloev had escaped from criminal prosecution in August 2014 he was declared internationally wanted.
In connection with establishment of his location in Germany in December 2014 the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation submitted to the competent authorities of this state a request for his extradition, which was satisfied in August 2015.
Today accompanied by the officers of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the Russian Bureau of Interpol Mr. Evloev is extradited to Russia.

On extradition to Russia from Germany of the citizen of the Russian Federation Rashid Evloev accused of training to perform subversive activities in Syria to further organize terrorist attacks in Russia
