Today, on December 12, 2014, the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Thailand deported to Russia the Russian Federation citizen Muzafar Dadabaev. He is accused of commission crimes under Article 33 Part 5, Article 30 Part 3 and Article 228 Part 2 (aiding and abetting the attempted illegal acquisition without a purpose of selling of narcotic drugs on a large scale) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The criminal case against Dadabaev is pending by the Investigation Department of the Regional Office of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Feeration for the Arkhangelsk region. The investigation found that in October 2010 in St. Petersburg Dadabaev illegally acquired, stored, and then sent by mail to other persons for their personal consumption of narcotic drug hashish with weight of 414.2 grams. Since the defendant Dadabaev fled from the investigating authorities, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation took measures for his international search (on December 28, 2010, he was put on a federal wanted list, and in October 2014 - on the international wanted list). Also the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation in cooperation with the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Thailand and Interpol's National Central Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation took measures to deport Dadabaev to Russia. Today Muzafar Dadabaev is deported to Russia.

On deportation of the Russian Federation citizen Muzafar Dadabaev from Thailand to Russia
