A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan Khudaykulov Bekzhon was extradiated to the competent authorities of this state, who was wanted for commission of crime under Article 135 Part 2 paragraphs "a, f, h, i" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (human trafficking). According to materials extraditional check, in January 2012 Khudaykulov , by being in Uzbekistan, entered into a criminal conspiracy with his father, fraudulently gained the trust of his compatriot and offered him a job in the Russian Federation. Upon the arrival at the future place of work in Novosibirsk father of the accused took the victim's identity documents and sold him to Azerbaijan citizens for forced exploitation. These acts under the Russian criminal laws provide for imprisonment for up to 10 years. Consequently Khudaykulov was detained by the police officers and on the basis of the request of the Orenburg transport prosecutor was taken into custody by Industrial District Court of Orenburg. Materials of extradition check collected by the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office are sent to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. In November 2014, the Proscutor General's Office of the Russian Federation made a decision to extradiate Khudaykulov Bekzhon to the Republic of Uzbekistan for criminal prosecution.
