The competent authorities of the Kingdom of Cambodia are deporting to Russia a citizen of the Russian Federation Stanislav Molodyakov who is accused of committing of acts of a sexual nature to underaged persons

Today, on June 22, 2012 the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Cambodia are deporting to Russia a citizen of the Russian Federation Molodyakov for bringing to criminal responsibility according to paragraph «C» in part 3 of article 132 (violent actions of sexual nature committed against persons known to be under fourteen years of age) of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. He committed the mentioned actions in Moscow region in 2004 against three underaged persons and then disappeared on the territory of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

In order to avoid criminal prosecution by the Russian law-enforcement bodies Molodyakov, on the territories of foreign countries used other identifying data - of Alexander Trofimov. As a result of interaction between the competent bodies of Russia and Cambodia personality of the latter was identified with a searched person - with Molodyakov.

In April 2009 the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation forwarded to the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Cambodia a request for extradition of Molodyakov, however, due to his criminal prosecution on the territory of the state and subsequent serving of the sentence of the Cambodian court, in May 2012 it was adopted a decision about the deportation of Molodyakov to Russia.

Today, accompanied by the Russian Bureau of Interpol, Stanislav Molodyakov is deported to Russia.
