The General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation within the bounds of provision of legal assistance to the competent authorities of the Republic of Poland in the investigation of criminal cases on the fact of crash of the plane Tu-154M, occurred on April 10th, 2010 in the area of the airport "Smolensk-Severny (Northern)", submitted the next 6 volumes of the materials of the investigation.
The submitted materials include copies of the protocols of identifications of perished Polish citizens, copies of the protocols of interrogations of the relatives and acquaintances of the crash victims, copies of the acts of handing over of the remains of the crash victims to Poland representatives, as well as copies of acknowledgements for obtaining items, goods, documents, valuables, belonged to the perished persons.
In total for the period of investigation of the case related to the aircraft crash, 52 volumes of the fulfilled materials were handed over to the Polish side.

The General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation passed 6 volumes of the criminal case materials about the crash of the plane of the President of Poland near Smolensk
