It was held a meeting of the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation Yuri Chayka and General Prosecutor of Ukraine Viktor Pshonka.
The sides discussed topical issues of interdepartmental cooperation, including in the sphere of international cooperation as well as the implementation of the statements of the Agreement between the General Prosecutor's offices of two countries which was signed on September 15th, 2010.
The participants of the meeting stated a strong targeting on further strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation in all spheres of activities, including interaction with law-and-order bodies which will allow increasing the effectiveness of joint work in the field of protection of civil rights and the struggle against criminality.
