Today the head of the main department of the international legal cooperation of the General Prosecutor's office of Russia Sahak Karapetyan in the framework of the execution of requests for legal assistance handed over to the representative of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Russian Federation Longina Putka copies of the materials of the criminal case initiated on April 10th of 2010 on the fact of the crash of the plane of the President of Poland near Smolensk.
The transferred 14 volumes contain copies of the protocols of inspections of the place of accident carried out with participation of Polish archeologists, the protocols of interrogations of the Russian air traffic controllers with participation of the Polish side held in February 2011, documents related to the inspection of the place of the incident and identifying of the killed.

In the General Prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation there was the transmission of copies of the materials of the criminal case about the crash of the plane of the President of Poland near Smolensk
