Today, upon the request of the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, the competent authorities of the Ukraine are extraditing to Russia a citizen of the Russian Federation Vladimir Alekseev. By the investigation authorities he is accused of committing of a crime foreseen by paragraphs "a", "c", "g" in part 2 of article 105 (murder, e.g. intentional infliction of death of two and more persons, including juveniles, by a group of persons in preliminary agreement) of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.
The criminal case against Alekseev is in the execution stage of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the North-Caucasian and Southern Federal districts.
It is determined that in November 2010 Alekseev as a member of the criminal group according to a pre-assigned roles directly participated in the committing of murder of 12 people, including of juveniles, in the village of Kushchyovskaya of Krasnodar territory in the house No. 6, Zelyonaya Street.
In November 2010 concerning the mentioned person it was accepted a decision about bringing him for responsibility as an accused person. By the court, in his absence, it was selected against him a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment and he was placed into the international wanted list.
In December 2010 Alekseev was detained on the territory of Ukraine in the city of Berdyansk of Zaporozhye region.
At the same time the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation forwarded to the competent authorities of the Ukraine a request about extradition of Alekseev for bringing him to criminal liability.
In February 2011 the General Prosecutor's office of the Ukraine satisfied the mentioned request.
Today, accompanied by the employees of the FSIN (Federal Service of Execution of Punishment) of Russia, Alekseev is extradited to Russia.
Earlier, on February 9th of 2011 another person involved in this criminal case Vyacheslav Ryabtsev was extradited to Russia and on the 10th of February of 2011 he was delivered to Krasnodar region for carrying out of investigatory activities.
