The competent authorities of the Ukraine satisfied the request of the General Prosecutor of Russia about the extradition of Vladimir Alekseev accused of murder of several persons in the village of Kushchyovskaya

The competent authorities of the Ukraine satisfied the request of the General Prosecutor of Russia about the extradition of a citizen of the Russian Federation Vladimir Alekseev accused of committing a crime foreseen by the paragraphs "a", "c", "g" in part 2 of article 105 (murder, e.g. intentional infliction of death to two and more persons, including juveniles, by a group of persons by a preliminary agreement) of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.

 

The criminal case against Alekseev is in the execution stage of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the North-Caucasian and southern Federal districts.

 

It is established that in November of the year of 2010, Alekseev, in the criminal group according to a pre-assigned roles, directly participated in the killing of 12 people including juveniles in the village of Kushchyovskaya of Krasnodar territory in 6, Zelyonaya Street. 

 

Concerning this person it was made a decision about bringing of him as an accused, by the court in his absence as a preventive measure it was selected punishment in the form of imprisonment and he was declared in the international search.

 

In December 2010 the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation forwarded to the competent authorities of the Ukraine a request about extradition of Alekseev for bringing to criminal liability.

 

In February 2011 the General Prosecutor's office of the Ukraine satisfied the request.

 

At present time it is coordinated the date of extradition of Alekseev to the Russian Federation.

Earlier, on February 9th of 2011, another person involved in the mentioned criminal case Vyacheslav Ryabtsev was extradited to Russia and on February 10th of 2011 was delivered to Krasnodar territory for carrying out of investigatory actions.
