November 15, 2007 the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation Minister of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation submitted a statement on eliminating violations of intellectual property law and the results of scientific and technical activities.
Based on the statement the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation issued an order dated 11.12.2007 № 548 'On the organization of state system of scientific and technical activities conducted in «MinPromEnergo» of Russia, which approved «Instruction on the organization in «MinPromEnergo» of Russia state control of scientific and civil engineering activity.»
As part of a set of measures aimed at strengthening the protection of the rights of the Russian Federation with respect to the results of scientific and technical activities, and the results of scientific and technical activities received in the course of research and development activities, the Ministry drafted a standard version of relevant items of a state contract for inclusion in the competitive documentation in the competitive procedures in 2008.
