Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Yuri Chaika has met today with Federal Minister of Justice of the Federal Republic of Germany Brigitte Zupries.
Both counterparts discussed issues and perspectives of further co-operation in combating crime.
As the result of the meeting, the parties decided to prepare a draft bilateral Agreement on Co-operation. The Agreement will reflect co-operation in mutual legal assistance and extradition including through legal consultations during the preparation and consideration of particular requests.
The participants of the dialogue agreed on the necessity of holding conferences, round tables and consultations on the issues of mutual interest on a regular basis, thus enhancing the efficiency of mutual work.
