Today, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation considered the administrative claim of the Prosecutor General of Russia and issued a decision recognizing the American corporation Anti-Corruption Foundation, Inc. a terrorist organization and its activities, as well as those of its structural divisions - prohibited on the territory of our country.
The corporation was founded by the leaders of the extremist organizations "Anti-Corruption Foundation," "Citizens' Rights Defense Fund," and the public movement "Navalny Headquarters" with the goal of continuing their destructive activities in Russia. To that end, on May 19, 2021the U.S.-registered firm Rikolto Ltd. changed its name to Anti-Corruption Foundation, Inc
The goals and activities of the American foundation are aimed at promoting, justifying, and supporting terrorism; its interests include organizing, preparing, and committing crimes of an extremist and terrorist nature.
