At the instruction of Russia's Prosecutor General Alexander Gutsan, the head of the Directorate for Oversight of Anti-Corruption Legislation Implementation, Viktor Baldin, on December 9, 2025, took part in the opening ceremony of the All-Russian interactive event dedicated to International Anti-Corruption Day.
This annual event was traditionally held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which presented the results of the XIII stage of the "Business Barometer of Corruption" research project.
In his speech, Viktor Baldin mentioned the results of Russian prosecution bodies' activities in countering corruption in the economic sphere, protecting entrepreneurs' rights and legitimate interests, including from illegal interference by controlling and law enforcement agencies, as well as ongoing work in corruption prevention.
In addition to business representatives, state, control and supervisory bodies, and expert and academic communities, representatives of prosecutor's offices from Russian regions and equivalent specialized prosecutor's offices participated in the All-Russian interactive event via video conference.

Prosecutor General's Office Representative Participates in All-Russian Event for International Anti-Corruption Day
