Upon the demand of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, the competent authorities of Montenegro have extradited Felix Alexandrov for him to face criminal charges under Article 213, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).

According to the investigation, in March 2024, Alexandrov was on board an electric train carriage of the Moscow subway when he used an aerosol canister to spray an unidentified substance on passengers, after which he fled the scene.

Following a request from the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia, he was placed on the international wanted list.

The request for the extradition of the accused was made following his apprehension within the territory of Montenegro.

Thanks to the close cooperation between the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and their foreign counterparts, a positive decision was achieved regarding the handover of the defendant.

Accompanied by officers of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the NCB Interpol of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, he will be brought to Moscow.
