Today, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation reviewed the administrative lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General of Russia and issued a decision to recognize the international non-governmental organization "Russian Anti-War Committee" (designated as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation), established in the form of a social movement, as a terrorist organization and ordered to ban its activities on the territory of the Russian Federation. This ruling also applies to the committee's structural divisions.
The Committee’s founder and coordinator is Mikhail Khodorkovsky (included in the register of foreign agents and listed as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation), who currently resides outside our country.
Sentences in criminal cases concerning crimes of a terrorist nature have already been passed against the leaders and active participants of the Committee who act in its interests and on its behalf.
