The Prosecutor’s Office of the Donetsk People’s Republic has approved the indictment in the criminal case against 21-year-old citizen of the United States of America Jordan Miller. He is accused in absentia under Article 359, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation of a mercenary in an armed conflict).
According to the investigation, in January 2024, Miller arrived in Ukraine via a Polish border crossing point, where he joined the ranks of the International Legion as a mercenary. At training bases, he underwent military training to participate in the armed conflict and was provided with personal firearms and necessary special equipment. Thereafter, until June 2024, the accused took part in hostilities against Russian servicemen.
For said actions, the mercenary received remuneration in excess of 500,000 rubles.
Miller has been placed on the international wanted list, and a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention was imposed upon him in absentia by the court.
The criminal case has been sent to the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic for consideration on the merits.

Prosecutor’s Office of the DNR Approves Indictment in Criminal Case Against Mercenary from the United States
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Donetsk People’s Republic has approved the indictment in the criminal case against 21-year-old citizen of the United States of America Jordan Miller.
