On the instruction of Prosecutor General of Russia Aleksandr Gutsan, the stand of the supervisory agency was organized at the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. From the first days, it was popular with representatives of the business community. The greatest interest was generated by consultations with prosecutors, including those related to receiving state support measures.
During the Forum, more than 750 participants approached the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia's stand. Applications requiring thorough verification were immediately forwarded for review.
The session "Improving Support Tools for Bona fide Business and Investment in New Economic Realities," organized on the initiative of Aleksandr Gutsan, as well as his personal participation in the discussion of issues of concern to the entrepreneurial community, made it possible to identify prospects for further improvement of mechanisms for protecting the rights of economic entities.
The participation of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia in the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum once again demonstrated the high level of trust on the part of entrepreneurs. The protection of business rights is considered by the supervisory agency as one of the key areas of activity, and work in this area will be consistently continued.
