The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation has declared the activities of a Dutch organization Dalan Fund undesirable in Russia. The Fund was established in 2024, ostensibly to implement programs and projects in the human rights sphere.
In reality, the organization implements initiatives aimed at financially supporting the LGBTQ+ community and anti-Russian media. It promotes anti-Russian rhetoric of Western countries in the CIS space. Its key goals are to discredit the leadership of Russia, its foreign and domestic policies, and to create an image of Russia as an “aggressor state”.
Special attention is paid to working with the indigenous small-numbered peoples of Russia to promote separatist ideas under the guise of fighting for rights and social justice.
The official website of Dalan Fund contains calls for resistance to “Russian policy that colonizes the countries of the region.” It claims that Russia supposedly deprives neighboring countries of electricity and heat, hinders human rights activities, and spreads discrimination.
In view of the foregoing, the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has decided to declare the activities of Dalan Fund undesirable in Russia.

Activities of Dutch organization Dalan Fund declared undesirable
