Tomorrow on 17 October 2016 two-days working visit of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Mr. Yuri Chaika to the Republic of Cyprus will begin.
Meetings with the President of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, Attorney General of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Costas Clerides, Minister of Justice and Public Order of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Ionas Nicolaou and their colleagues are scheduled as well as some other events.
In the course of meetings the participants will discuss matters of cooperation in the sphere of extradition for bringing to criminal liability, as well as possibilities for further development of cooperation in the sphere of rendering legal assistance in criminal matters and development of bilateral relations.
Visit is expected to end on 18 October 2016
