The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Yury Chayka met with Chief Justice of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal Ram Kumar Prasad Shah

Today, on 18 February, 2015 the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Yury Chayka met with the Chair Justice of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal Ram Kumar Prasad Shah in the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. 

The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Sabir Kekhlerov, heads of units of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal in the Russian Federation Ravi Mohan Sapkota Kopila. 

Yury Chayka introduced the guests to the structure and organization system of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation as well as the relationships between judges and prosecutors in the Russian Federation. 

The Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Sabir Kekhlerov reported to the Nepalese colleagues on the Russian Prosecutor General's Office work on promoting the participation of prosecutors in criminal, civil and arbitration process. In his turn, Ram Kumar Prasad Shah gratituted Yury Chayka for the reception and informed on the structure of the Supreme Court of Nepal as well as on the interaction between prosecutors and judges in this state. 

The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Yury Chayka expressed confidence that the meeting will contribute to the progressive development of cooperation between the two states in the field of protection of human rights and combating transnational organized crime.
