A Russian-Kazakh meeting on the exchange of experience in the field of staffing was held in the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. Issues related to the legal regulation of service in the prosecution authorities, training and professional development, forecasting of staffing needs, social protection for prosecutors and their families aroused mutual interest.
The meeting participants discussed general principles and approaches in this area, as well as forms, methods and criteria for selection of candidates for service in the prosecution authorities.
Various aspects of educational work, prevention of corruption and other offenses, disciplinary practice, and work with young professionals were considered.
The participants shared teaching materials reflecting the conceptual approaches in the organization of staff relations.
Following the meeting, the participants reached an agreement to continue the exchange of experiences on common issues of the prosecution authorities staffing in the established manner.
