Igor Krasnov, Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, has arrived on a working visit to the city of Nur-Sultan of the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the 31st meeting of the Coordination Council of Prosecutors General of the CIS Member States.

In addition, the Russian Prosecutor General will hold a number of bilateral and trilateral meetings with foreign colleagues. The meetings with Gizat Nurdauletov, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alexandr Stoianoglo, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Moldova, Kamran Aliyev, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Artur Davtyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, and Cheol-Kyu Hwang, President of the International Association of Prosecutors, have been scheduled to be held.

Igor Krasnov began his working visit by laying a wreath at the Otan Qorgaushylar Monument devoted to the defenders of the Fatherland, symbolizing the unity of all nations living in Kazakhstan, and which is one of the most beautiful monuments in the country. The battle with the Dzungars and battles during the Great Patriotic War are embodied therein.
