By results of check the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation has made the decision to recognize the activities of the foreign non-governmental organization “Independent Institute of Philosophy” (Institut de philosophie indépendant) as undesirable. It was established in 2023 in Paris.
The Institute lists its tasks as the circulation and promotion of research and education in the field of philosophy, human and social sciences, assistance to philosophers and colleagues from other scientific fields who are allegedly forced to emigrate, support for the voices of free critical thought in Russian, etc.
In order to joint so-called Institute community, humanitarian scholars should oppose the Special Military Operation.
The Institut de philosophie independent organizes and holds various conferences, where representatives of the scientific community with Russophobic and anti-Russian ideas and views speak.
