The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia sent another request for legal assistance to Germany in response to the materials received from German judicial bodies
  Text

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, having reviewed the materials regarding the hospitalization of A.A. Navalny transmitted by Germany which have been allegedly fully executed in pursuance of the requests for legal assistance, sent another request to the competent judicial bodies of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Since most of the requests of the Russian investigative body were denied, and the transmitted protocols of questioning A.A. Navalny and his wife appeared to be devoid of meaningful content, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation regarded this as a complete failure to execute the Russian requests for legal assistance on formal grounds.

This circumstance, in particular, against the background of the statement by the official representative of the Federal Office of Justice of the Federal Republic of Germany about the proper execution by the Germany of its legal assistance onligations, is indicative of the concealment of the true circumstances of the incident.

In this regard, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation sent a request to the competent judicial bodies of Germany, in which, among other, it calls on the German party to revert to the full execution of the earlier Russian requests for legal assistance.
