Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Gutsan delivered a report to the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the state of law and order in the country and on the work done to strengthen them over the course of 2025.
He emphasized that, in defending the interests of the state and its citizens, prosecutors responded to every identified security threat and every factor slowing socioeconomic development. Particular attention was paid to protecting the rights of special military operation participants and their families, as well as other socially significant issues.
