Mobile app

An official mobile application of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation is an information service for citizens and businessmen. It is possible to send a message to a direct line for entrepreneurs or a complaint pertaining to the violation of rights, including rights of minors, inform of extremism and make an appointment as well, with the use thereof.

Users who have an account at the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation will be able to send communications with the use of the mobile app and track a status of consideration thereof as well. 

The official mobile app contains the following useful services: 
- United Register of Inspections;
- Summary Plan of Inspections of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- Summary Plan of Inspections of State Authorities of the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation and Officials Thereof;
- FAQ.

Samples of communications and documents, as well as contact details linked to a geolocation, are also available to the users.

Furthermore, the mobile app provides an opportunity to be informed of relevant news concerning the activity of bodies and organizations of the Prosecution Service of the Russian Federation and receive push-notifications.
