The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has made a decision to recognize the activities of the foreign non-governmental organization “Help Heroes Of Ukraine” (USA) as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation.
It was established in February 2022 by representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora. The main representative office, accumulating the so-called humanitarian aid coming from the United States, is located in Lviv, there are branches in Kyiv, Kremenchug and Nikolaev.
It is funded by donations, including from representatives of Congress, political and religious groups of the United States.
Members of the association collect funds and send equipment to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They supply military personnel with all-terrain vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, communications and personal protection equipment.
