  Text

The non-governmental organization OpenText Corporation, founded in 1991 in Waterloo (Canada), works closely with US law enforcement agencies and is involved in information and technical support for the propaganda campaign launched by the West against Russia. It is a contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense and supplies the Pentagon with software for access control and identification of computer network users.

The organization's UK-based unit, Micro Focus International, provides Ukrainian security forces with the software and cyber defense services needed to gather intelligence for attacks on Russian forces and infrastructure.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation made a decision to recognize the activities thereof as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation.
