Foreign non-governmental organization has been declared undesirable in Russia
  Text

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has recognized the activities of the foreign non-governmental organization “Russian Democratic Society” (Serbia) as undesirable.

A citizen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and a wanted Russian emigrant, who founded it in Serbia in 2022, are actually recruiting opposition-minded citizens who have left our country.

Its goal is to form a mass protest movement against Russia on the territory of the Republic. Since its establishment, the organization has carried out over 20 public anti-Russian actions in Serbia.

Its participants oppose the special military operation and spread false information online about the alleged forced relocation of Ukrainian children.

At the same time, the organization is a partner of the Anti-War Committee of Russia (recognized as undesirable), finances the media project “OVD-info” (recognized as a foreign agent) and the Memorial Human Rights Centre (recognized as a foreign agent). Its leadership interacts with representatives of the terrorist organizations “Russian Volunteer Corps” and “Freedom of Russia” Legion”.
