NATO-funded European Leadership Network has been declared undesirable
  Text

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has declared the activities of the international non-governmental organization European Leadership Network undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The NGO was founded in 2011 by a former British diplomat. Its declared goals are to develop and provide practical solutions to problems in the field of politics and security. The organization is financially supported by NATO, the British Foreign Office, the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Heinrich Böll Foundation (whose activities, too, have been recognized undesirable in the Russian Federation).

However, the real tasks of the European Leadership Network are to promote the concept of NATO expansion, advance an anti-Russian agenda, and defiantly support the crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis. On its information resources, the organization posts materials in which countries that disagree with the course of the "Collective West" are called aggressors, and the goals of the special military operation are labelled invasive.

In addition, a division of the Young Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security has been created to collect various types of information and work with young people. It is also actively financed, including by organizations declared undesirable in our country - the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
