During Mr. Igor Krasnov's visit to Beijing in 2023, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China.
Today, in Vladivostok, in pursuance of an agreement between the heads of the two prosecutor's offices, the first joint reception of entrepreneurs from the two countries took place. Representatives of the Russian and Chinese supervisory agencies examined the problems faced by foreign investors and explained the practice of applying national legislation. As a result of the event, investigations of law violations reports were initiated to ensure legality and protect the rights of citizens of both countries.
Representatives of Russia and China noted the high level of interaction and expressed their readiness to further strengthen cooperation in order to eliminate barriers to doing business.
On the eve of the reception, a Russian-Chinese expert meeting was held, where best practices in reducing the administrative burden on entrepreneurs, protecting foreign companies, and cooperation in combating economic crimes were discussed. The event was organized as part of the implementation of the Cooperation Program between the Prosecutor General 's Office of the Russian Federation and the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China for 2025-2026, signed during a meeting between Mr. Igor Krasnov and his Chinese counterpart last year.
