- The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation
According to Igor Krasnov's instructions, mechanisms for protecting the rights of entrepreneurs are being systematically improved. Last year alone, in order to prevent the infringement of the rights of business entities, prosecutors identified and stopped over 220 thousand violations, filed 63.9 thousand submissions, and, on their initiative, 53.8 thousand guilty persons were brought to administrative and disciplinary responsibility.
The manysidedness of the feedback channels established with the business community confirms the real interest of entrepreneurs in the further development of direct contacts with the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia. At the same time, one of the most effective tools for open and comprehensive dialogue with business entities has traditionally been the participation of prosecutors in international economic forums.
The stand of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, which opened today "on the sidelines" of the SPIEF-2025, provides an opportunity for business entities from among both Russian and foreign companies to directly contact representatives of the supervisory authority in order to promptly receive competent answers to questions of interest related to law enforcement practice. In addition, entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to exchange expert opinions, and most importantly, to talk about pressing issues for the guaranteed protection of their rights. Visitors to the prosecutor's site will also be able to familiarize themselves with other initiatives and projects aimed at improving the legal environment in the country.
Igor Krasnov has been participating in the forum for the fifth year in a row.
Igor Krasnov's speech on June 20 at the session organized on his behalf "Reducing the Regulatory and Administrative Burden as a Prerequisite for Entrepreneurial Freedom, Attracting Investment, and Mutually Beneficial Cooperation" will be one of the key events of the supervisory agency's participation in the forum. At the invitation of the Prosecutor General of Russia, his foreign colleagues and representatives of relevant agencies from Angola, Belarus, Venezuela, Cuba, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Uzbekistan will take part in the event. As part of the planned discussion, there will also be an exchange of opinions between representatives of government agencies and the business community.
