The organization has existed since 1831 in the UK and positions itself as the oldest independent think tank engaged in research in the field of defense, global security and international relations. It is funded by the UK authorities, the European Commission, and organizations undesirable in our country.

With the start of the special military operation, anti-Russian sentiment has intensified, and NGO members have begun calling on states and citizens to support Ukraine and tighten sanctions pressure on Russia.
