- The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation
The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia has made a decision to recognize the activities of the foreign non-governmental organization “Information Centre for Human Rights” as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation, another name used is “Human Rights Centre ZMINA” (Ukraine).
This organization is engaged in discrediting the domestic and foreign policies of the Russian Federation, trying to create conditions for destabilizing the social and political situation in the country, including by inspiring national-separatist sentiments.
Since the beginning of the special military operation, it has been actively involved in promoting the policies of unfriendly states regarding the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the international blockade of our country.
The Centre’s activities are funded by the U.S. Department of State, the governments of the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, as well as a number of non-governmental organizations, including People In Need (Czech Republic) and Freedom House (USA). They are also recognized as undesirable in Russia.
