RAZINKIN Anatoliy Vyacheslavovich

He was born in 1977 in the Samara Region.

He graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy.

From 1994 to 1999, he worked in the Scientific Research Institute of Problems of Strengthening the Rule of Law and Public Order of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.

Since 1999, he occupied different positions in prosecution bodies (including the Lefortovo Inter-District Prosecutor’s Office (Moscow), the Prosecutor’s Office of Moscow).

In 2007, he entered the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.

2015 – 2016 – Deputy Head of the Directorate on Major Crimes Investigation of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

2016 – 2018 – Deputy Head of the Main Directorate on Major Crimes Investigation of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation – Head of the Control Directorate.

2018 – 2020 – Deputy Head of the Main Directorate on Major Crimes Investigation of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation – Head of the Investigations Control Directorate.

2020 – 2021 – Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

On October 14, 2021, he was appointed First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

He was awarded state and departmental awards.

1st Class State Counselor of Justice.
