LOPATIN Gennadiy Borisovich
He was born in 1962 in the Ramonsky district, the Voronezh region. In 1984 he graduated from the Penza Higher Artillery School, in 2003 – from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration, in 2006 – from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
1979 - 1999 – service in the Armed Forces
1999 - 2002 – Permanent Representative of the Permanent Mission of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic to the President of the Russian Federation, Moscow
In 2002-2006 he occupied superior positions at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
2002 - 2004 – Head of the General Department Ensuring the Activities of the Prosecution authorities and institutions of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation
2004 - 2006 – Director of the Department of resource support of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, Moscow
2006 - 2006 – Head of Administration of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, Moscow
2006 - 2011 – Chief of the support of the prosecution bodies and institutions of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, Moscow
2011 - present – Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Moscow.
He received state and departmental awards on numerous occasions for his contribution to promoting the rule of law and public order.
He is the 1st Class State Counselor of Justice.
