VINNICHENKO Nikolay Aleksandrovich - The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation

He was born in 1965 in Shemonaikhskiy district of the East Kazakh Region. In 1987 graduated from the Faculty of Law of Leningrad (Saint Petersburg) State University with degree in "Legal science".

1982 - 1987 – student of Leningrad (Saint Petersburg) State University.

1987 - 1990 – Trainee, prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over Execution of Laws on the underage, the Leningrad City Prosecutor’s Office, Leningrad.

1990 - 1992 – Assistant prosecutor of St. Petersburg for supervision over investigations in the state security bodies, Leningrad.

1992-1992 - Senior assistant prosecutor of St. Petersburg for supervision over investigations in the state security bodies, Saint-Petersburg.

1992 - 1995 – Head of the Department for Supervision over Execution of Laws on Federal Security, the prosecution service of St. Petersburg, Saint-Petersburg.

1995 - 1998 – Public prosecutor of the Moscow region, St. Petersburg.

1998 - 1999 – Deputy public prosecutor of the City of St. Petersburg, Head of the Investigation Department.

1999 - 2001 – Deputy public prosecutor of the City of St. Petersburg.

2001 - 2003 – Federal inspector in-chief of St. Petersburg Board responsible for the work of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North-West Federal District work with public bodies of the Russian Federation Constituencies, Saint-Petersburg.

2003 - 2004 – Public prosecutor of the City of St. Petersburg, Saint-Petersburg.

2004 - 2008 – Director of the Federal Bailiff Service - Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation, Moscow.

2008 - 2011 – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District, Ekaterinburg.

2011 - 2013 – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North-West Federal District.

2013 - present – Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

He received state and departmental awards on numerous occasions for his contribution to promoting the rule of law and public order.

He is 1st Class State Counselor of Justice.
