Born in 1975 in the city of Arkhangelsk.
Graduate in law of the Lomonosov Pomorye State University.
Exercising powers in the prosecution service since 1997.
Performing duties as an investigator in the central office of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation from 2006 till 2007.
Taking office at the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in 2007 as a senior major cases investigator under the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
Appointed Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in April, 2016.
Approved by the Federation Council to a post of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, upon submission of Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on January 22, 2020.
Awarded various national decorations, including second-class medal of Order «For Merit to the Fatherland» (2011), Certificate of Honour of the President of the Russian Federation (2014).

Raising a daughter.
